We supply over 5000 companies from all walks of industry around the globe. Many of these industries have specific needs in both product and quality requirements. Our job is to meet these needs through the extent of our product range and scope of our quality accreditations.
Manufacturing
Our manufacturing network spans two continents and produces 25% of all the components we sell. As a large-scale manufacturer we appreciate the importance of quality, cost and consistency. We can ensure parts are made on the right machinery and in the right part of the world to meet your cost and delivery needs.

In total TR has 14,100 sq. m of manufacturing space producing more than 5 Billion parts every year.
Quality
TR's excellent quality and inspection processes are in place to prevent the production of non-conforming fasteners with targets to achieve zero defects for specified characteristics.
Customer specific quality standards can also be provided as required. The means of achieving these higher quality standards are, for example, electronic PPAP, supplier development, strategic sourcing as well as cal/camera/laser & roller sorting.

Other Services
Kitting
Many manufacturers supply fixing or assembly kits with their finished products. Producing kits can be a time-consuming and consume resources that may be best used elsewhere on the assembly line.
We can offer full kitting services from simple fixing kits through to full installation kits
Sub-assembly
We can undertake simple, mechanical sub-assembly work allowing you more time to focus on your core competencies. To discuss either of these services in more detail, contact your nearest TR branch.
