TR Sponsors 'Young Employee of the Year' Award 2012
TR Fastenings is proud sponsor of “Young Employee of the Year” for the Sussex Business Awards 2012 organised as an inaugural annual event by the Uckfield Chamber of Commerce. The presentations for a dozen or so categories will take place at a Gala Dinner at East Sussex National Golf Hotel on November 1st.
"TR was founded with the ethos that staff are a company’s biggest asset. This has been echoed through almost forty years of trading and is demonstrated by our low staff turnover, with many of our team already exceeding 20 years of service. Another part of this culture is focusing on the future. As a company, TR Fastenings Ltd has long been an advocate of apprenticeship schemes as well as working alongside local educational establishments to help young people gain exposure to business at an early age." Malcolm Diamond MBE, Executive Chairman.
