The Executive Leadership Team will continue into the next stage of growth for the Company whilst operating a policy that is fit for purpose.

To support Trifast’s ongoing transformation, and the need to retain key senior management, the Committee felt it appropriate to review the current Policy to ensure that it remains fit for purpose
