Key areas of expertise: An experienced industrialist, Iain has significant experience within transformational change environments with a key focus on cost down, supply chain productivity initiatives, effective supply chain management and manufacturing efficiencies.

Iain holds a BSc (Hons) Mechanical Engineering degree. He has spent over 30 years working within international manufacturing businesses both in the UK and overseas. Before becoming Trifast CEO, he was Divisional Chief Executive at Essentra Packaging, part of Essentra plc, a FTSE250 company. Prior to this, he held senior operational roles within Rexam PLC, Toyota Motor Europe and Dowty Group.

Key areas of expertise: Dan has experience in P&L ownership, commercial supply chain management, engineering, sales & marketing, and business development. Having worked in senior management roles, within global businesses in the UK, Europe and Asia, Dan has also developed his skills and knowledge in strategic and financial planning, M&A and project management.

Key areas of expertise: Oshin has an extensive career in HR and Transformation. Having worked in many sectors with a global reach, she has successfully aligned the strategy and people agenda, positioning the structure to the business needs, building employee engagement, and leading on the talent agenda. Oshin is also a strong advocate for supporting the mental health agenda, especially though periods of business change.

Key areas of expertise: Andy has a wealth of experience in manufacturing, key account management, logistics and end-to-end supply chain. He has implemented and managed VMI logistics systems in the UK and Europe, along with capex expansions, plant restructuring and consolidations.

Key areas of expertise: Jeremy is highly skilled in local and global strategic business management. With extensive sales, technical and engineering knowledge in both B2B, production and distribution environments, he has a proven track record of remaining customer focused in an ever changing and challenging marketplace.

Key areas of expertise: Giovanni has had a successful career in business leadership and management, with a track record in operational process improvement. He is experienced in implementing technology to improve company operations whilst building high performing teams.

Key areas of expertise: Colin is an experienced IT professional with an in-depth understanding of the business, its values and key drivers for success. Colin takes pride in leading a strong IT function that excel with the fast-changing technology landscape that is agile working.

Key areas of expertise: Holding a Bachelor of Laws - LLB, Christopher is a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute and solicitor. He has held senior governance, legal and compliance roles at FTSE listed/equivalent companies in Europe and Asia, working across sectors in energy, engineering and automotive.
