TR Fastenings launches a new range of Klima-Flex™ latching systems

Klima-Flex™ has been specifically developed to deliver a safe, effective and reliable product line for insulated and pressurised doors and cabinets to meet the stringent requirements for air conditioning, ventilation and heating equipment housing.
The Klima-Flex™ range consists of:
- Klima-Flex 1: Handle, Inside Handle, Interlink Rods, Latching System Acid Proof, Latching Units, Metal Handle, Rod Links, Roller Cams, Safety Catch
- Klima-Flex 2: Handle, Handle for K1 Latch, Inside Handle, Latch Hinge, Latching Units, Rod Link, Roller Cam, Safety Catch, Through & Surface Mounted Latching Units
- Klima-Flex Latch Hinge
- Klima-Flex 2D Hinges – Adjustable
- Klima-Flex 3D Hinges – Adjustable, Heavy Duty.
We’re delighted to introduce the Klima-Flex™ range of products to the HVAC sector, and to be providing much-needed solutions to problems involving insulated and pressurised doors and cabinets.
The full Klima-Flex™ product range is specially designed and engineered to meet the demands of the HVAC industry, it contains every necessary item for secure access to both doors and cabinets and will ensure they have complete, fully functioning seals. In addition, the Klima-Flex range is built to offer an effective and safe latching solution in both positive and negative pressure conditions.
Klima-Flex products adhere to the highest standards for the HVAC industry, a sector in which compliance is of particular importance. Due to go live in October 2024, the Klima-Flex system will be a welcome addition to TR Fastenings’ comprehensive range of products, including Screws, Bolts, Nuts, Fasteners, Washers, O-Rings, Seals, Clips and more.
